6B Teachers

It is my privilege to teach grade six and, as always, I’m looking forward to getting to know your kids this year. I was born in Nigeria, where my parents were missionaries, and I moved to Canada at the age of 17. I am married to Cynthia, who I met at Briercrest Bible College. She teaches at SCA Secondary. Together we have three adult children and four grandchildren (one boy and three girls).

I am a graduate of Briercrest Bible College and the University of Saskatchewan. I believe in Christian Education, which allows us to look at the curriculum from a biblical perspective. For 16 years I taught English, Social Studies and French in the high school at Caronport and SCA. I have also taught in the grade six classroom for 20 years.  In the summer we love to go camping and hopefully I can get a motorcycle trip in with a few of my friends.

It is my honour to teach grade six for the rest of the year. I am looking forward to getting to know your children and aiding them in their education. I grew up in Barrhead Alberta where I spent my time volunteering with my local church. In my free time now I volunteer at Trinity Baptist as a youth leader. I am engaged to Rio, who I met at The King's University, and we will be getting married in May. 

I am a graduate of The King's University where I completed my first degree in a Bachelor of Arts in History, and another degree in a Bachelor of Elementary Education. It has always been my dream to teach young minds and to help them grow their relationships with Christ.
